Financial information

At Smileworks Center, we want to help you achieve a healthy smile and maintain that smile for a lifetime. To help keep the cost of dentistry manageable and affordable, we provide several payment options.

Dental Insurance

We work with PPO dental insurances. It is important to understand that dental insurance works like a gift card.  The insurance company may impose exclusions, restrictions and frequency limits; however, this does not indicate the need for services. Please know that we have different arrangements with these companies and invite you to call our office at 773-728-9200 for further information. Some insurance companies are:

To assist you we will file your claims for you. Insurance claims are electronically filed with your carrier to efficiently manage your benefits. Estimated portions will be reviewed prior to your treatment appointment. Pre-determinations can also be sent which allows your insurance to provide an estimated patient portion, this will delay treatment for approximately 6-8 weeks. Please be prepared to pay your estimated portion of treatment and insurance deductibles on the day of service.

Smile membership plan

Because our goal is to help everyone achieve dental health, we offer an in-office membership plan.  This is for patients without insurance who would like to benefit from similar savings. For more information call 773-728-9200 and sign up for savings today!

Other payment

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Receive a 10% courtesy discount for patients not using dental insurance with a payment in full on the day of service.

Patients can log-in to complete their pre-arranged payments on their personal portal page at https://smileworkscenter.curveconnex.com/login/

Financing

We do offer in-office financing plans.  We will be happy to review these options with you along with the treatment plan.

This provides patients with free financing for up to 6 months, interest-free, as long as the balance is paid in full at the end of the 6 month period. Extended payment plans are also available.
